Dr. Lavar Kofoed

Director & Founder

Dr. Lavar Kofoed has been a practicing business owner since 1996. Over the years, he’s seen a lot of changes in technology -- specifically with how a business interacts with their clients. Keeping with the times was tough. It meant using multiple different companies to cover the needs, and it became frustrating when his staff used up all their time doing paperwork or on the phones. In 2012, he tasked his team to find ways to simplify all the different technologies. After testing and modifying processes a company that led to finding real solutions was created!

iAppoint is the one-stop-shop solution for your business needs. We offer a wide variety of services that all support the basic tenets of iAppoint: Attracting, Engaging, and Retaining clients.

Our team has robust knowledge of the needs a business faces in today’s market, whether you’re a growing business, a large chain, or a single individual. We love creating efficient, creative, and customizable solutions to increase efficiency and automate the client experience from start to finish. We enjoy partnering with clients who want to get back to what they do best.

To this day, all iAppoint solutions are tested and used on a daily basis across his network of businesses for quality assurance. Since we officially launched to a wide audience in late 2018, we’ve partnered with hundreds of businesses in North America.

Dr. Kofoed is married with 11 children and an ever growing number of grandchildren. He spends most of his spare time with his family, who sings and performs on a regular basis. Kofoedfamilymusic.com.

Scott Christopherson

Director of Digital Marketing & Partner

Scott Christopherson has been a serial entrepreneur most of his life. He founded and operated a multi-million-dollar chain of cellular phone stores in the northwest. He later created a company to market and distribute products and services for the satellite industry. This company became nationally recognized by satellite giants DIRECTV and Dish Network. Scott was a founder and officer of G Cubed, a manufacturer of skin care products sold through large retailers, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Walgreens to name a few. Once that business was successfully sold, he operated an ambulance EMS company that contracted with the US federal government to provide medical services to wildland firefighters.

Scott has worked with Dr. Kofoed since 2012. Recognizing the importance of marketing in each of his previous businesses, Scott has applied his expertise to help iAppoint clients grow their own businesses. He currently oversees the digital marketing services for iAppoint. He is a native of Idaho and resides there with his wife and 4 children.

Richard Erwin

Director of Business Relations & Partner

Richard Erwin feels privileged to have been working as an international business leader for decades. He has progressed a string of start up and small companies to become multi million dollar companies with both a national and international presence.

Richard is one of the originators of the iAppoint concept. Richard strongly promotes involving the whole office team in development. Everyone from front office staff to management and owners. Richard was a key driving force with helping iAppoint create solutions designed for efficiency and effectiveness-- all while keeping costs low. Richard enjoys working closely with our business partners.

Richard and his wife Angela currently reside in Norwich, England. Richard enjoys watching Norwich City Football Club and loves visiting the US to see his children and grandchildren.

Matt Soderling

Director of Finance & Partner

Matt Soderling has spent most of his career working in the eye industry. It was there he met Dr. Kofoed and quickly worked his way up the ranks, eventually to Vice President of a multi-office, multi-million-dollar optometry group.

He has been instrumental in developing the foundation of iAppoint. Matt enjoys taking on challenges and solving problems. He believes the key to a successful business is to do the right thing and trust the people around you.

Currently Matt resides in Northern California with his wife and 4 daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and spending time outdoors.

Levi Wright

Business Manager

Levi Wright is the newest addition to our team. He graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a degree in Healthcare Administration with certificates in Business Administration, Business Leadership and Skills, and Administrative Assistant. He has worked in several roles in the healthcare industry including managing practices in Optometry and Dental. He loves working with individuals to improve efficiency and operational productivity.

Levi joined iAppoint as the Business Manager in 2023. He currently oversees all business transactions and client communications. Levi grew up in northern Georgia and currently lives in Wichita, Kansas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his growing family and household projects.
